Μετά από άπειρες αναπάνητες τελικά μίλησα με το 13888! Λοιπόν, η φάση ήταν ότι υπάρχει καταπληκτική προσφορά για να αναβαθμίσω το ίντερνετ από 24άρι σε 30vdsl. Θα πληρώνω σταθερά 35,9 το μήνα. Μέσα στη νύστα μου, μιας και με ξύπνησαν από τον απογευματινό μου ύπνο, τους ρωτάω αν αυξάνεται το τιμολόγιο μου ή είναι απλά πρόσφορά για αναβάθμιση στη τιμή που ήδη πληρώνω. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι θα πληρώνω σταθερά 35,9 το μήνα. Το παραβλέπω και ψήνομαι για να δεχτώ την προσφορά...Εδώ αρχίζει το γέλιο!! Ποια είναι η διεύθυνσή σας; Αυτή που καλέσατε απαντάω. Ωραία θα το βρω από το σύστημα, μου λέει! Όταν λοιπόν μετά από 15 λεπτά που μιλάμε, και αφού έχω ξυπνήσει για τα καλα, ξαναρωτάω τον τύπο αν θα αυξηθεί το τιμολόγιο μου η ΕΠΙΚΗ απάντηση ήταν "Όχι ακριβώς!". Τι θα πει ρε λαμόγια όχι ακριβώς;;; Απατεώνες! Παίρνετε τηλέφωνα τον κόσμο και τους παραπλανάτε και μετά λέτε ότι η συνομιλία για την προσφορά που συμφώνησα έχει καταγραφεί και δεν μπορώ να την πάρω πίσω και δεσμεύτηκα για 24 μήνες!! Προτείνω να γίνει άμεσα καταγγελία στην προστασία καταναλωτή για παραπλανητική διαφήμιση, κάτι το οποίο εγώ σκοπεύω να κάνω. Δηλαδή τι θα γινόταν αν παίρναν τηλέφωνο τη μάνα μου, για παράδειγμα;; Δε τους φτάνουν τα λεφτά που ήδη τους δίνουμε, θέλουν να πάρουν και άλλα;;
